Mulled Over Scraps: Total Eclipse of the Cardiac Muscle

Its funny how simple occurrences in life can also be made to be much more complex. In fact, most can say that its easier not to make such mountains out  of mole hills because its enough to make one go mad, but thinking about such things are necessary for personal progression. I myself would like to further explore this field and see where it takes me. This is Mulled Over Scraps.

A notion in my mind that is as resilient as ever is that of relationships/”love;” as I’m sure everyone goes through at least once, if not, in many phases. What’s funny is that, through my experience especially, it is the most awkward, unforgiving, and troublesome endeavor to conduct. Then again this comes from someone who is emotionally crippled from an early religious background, many failed and untapped “relationships,” and an acute fear of communicating such emotions while dealing with a sexual identity crisis. Basically Michael Jackson with a plate of sanity and decorum but just as pathetic. Anyways enough about me I’m getting off subject. The main problem I’ve come across is that society has cast such a romanticized view of “love,” but there is a clashing view from those who’ve seen a more dismal reality and have become jaded by the whole experience. Its definitely one of those touchy subjects that can become so ingrained into ones being and repetitively pop up on random notice to disturb any momentary bliss. To make things worse any inexperience and lack of success becomes a bigger burden and can easily turn someone off to the idea. In the end, all I have to say is that it has left this man no other option but to concede in its midst. Though I never encourage giving up especially in reference to this, I must say for myself its nothing to seek out but never something to turn down.
